A conversation first
By the form, then a call or a cup of tea. What the business is, who you want to reach, and what they should do next.
Your words and pictures
Send whatever you have. If the words aren’t written yet, I’ll draft them from our conversation for you to correct.
A private preview
The site on a private link, on your own phone. You tell me what’s wrong; I change it.
Live
Pointed at your address, Google profile linked, and you shown how to make your own changes.

Things people ask
Do I need a care plan as well?
Your website needs hosting to stay online, and the care plan is how that’s covered — along with security updates and small changes. It starts at £39 a month. What the care plan covers.
Can I really change it myself?
Yes. Text, photos, prices and opening times can all be changed in the editor, from a phone or a laptop. If you’d rather not, small changes are part of the care plan.
I don’t have a domain name yet.
That’s fine. I’ll help you choose and register one in your name.
I already have a website. Can you redo it?
Yes. I’ll look at what you have, keep what’s working, and move the content across. If it’s only broken rather than out of date, a fix may be the cheaper answer.
Why is it cheaper than an agency?
There’s no account manager, no office, and the platform it runs on is one I already build and run. You’re paying for the build, not the overheads.
