Ancholme Web is a trading name of Toucs (toucs.org), which is responsible for the personal details collected through this website.
When you send an enquiry we receive what you type in: your name and email address, and if you choose to give them, your phone number, business name and current website, the service you are asking about, and your message. We also record which page the form was sent from.
Only to reply to your enquiry and, if you go ahead, to quote for and carry out the work. We do not add you to a mailing list and we do not use your details for marketing.
Enquiries are stored on our own website platform. They are not sold, and they are not shared with anyone else.
Enquiries are deleted automatically after 2 years at the latest. If you ask us to delete yours sooner, we will. If you become a customer, we keep what we need to run your account for as long as you are one, and for as long afterwards as the law requires for business records.
You can ask to see the details we hold about you, ask us to correct them, or ask us to delete them. To do any of these, send a message through the enquiry form using the same email address and say what you would like. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
This website does not use advertising cookies. Any optional cookies are only set if you agree to them in the cookie banner, and you can change your mind there at any time.
